Q: I do not live in the Borough of Wandsworth. Can I access your services?

A: Wandsworth Mind, as an independent Charity, is able to offer people who live in adjoining boroughs and receive Direct Payments the opportunity to use our services. If you live in a different London borough, you can access National Mind who will advise you of your local Mind Association.

Q: How do I access Wandsworth Mind’s Day Services?
A: To access Wandsworth Mind’s Day Services you will need to be referred by a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), secondary mental health service, GP or you may self-refer. Your local CMHT can be accessed through Careline or you may contact us direct on tel: 020 8875 9156 or pbmanager@wandsworth-mind.co.uk

Q: How do I access Wandsworth Mind’s Housing Services?
A: You can access Wandsworth Mind’s Housing Services by referral from a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), GP or self-referral. CMHTs can be accessed through CARELINE or you may contact us direct on 020 8875 9847 or housingmanager@wandsworth-mind.co.uk

Q: Do you provide an advocacy service?
A: Wandsworth Mind does not offer an advocacy service. Wandsworth residents requiring an advocacy service can contact Careline.

Q: Is parking available
A: Parking facilities are available.

Q: Are your facilities accessible by mobility impaired people.
A: Patricia Benians Support and Outreach Centre is on two floors with a lift available and has a disabled toilet.
