How you can help

Fundraising

Wandsworth Mind is an independent Charity relying on external funding and public donations to continue to operate. Although our Supported Housing Service is funded by Wandsworth Borough Council’s Supported Housing, our Day Service relies on external funding and public donations to continue to operate. Our therapeutic groups require specialist therapists and our highly skilled staff run specialist groups including out and about and ethnic groups so every pound we receive makes a difference.

If you are interested in fundraising for us and would like to be sent a fundraising pack please contact the general office by phoning 020 8875 1914 or by emailing admin@wandsworth-mind.co.uk

If you wish to make a single donation please print out our donations form, complete and post to Wandsworth Mind, 114 Allfarthing Lane, London SW18 2AB.

If you are a tax payer our form includes a Gift Aid declaration which can increase your donation to us by 25%.

You can also donate online by clicking on the Donate Now button below.  This will take you to our online donations page on the Charity Choice website, protected by a secure server.

We are truly grateful for your donations.

We'd like to thank all our supporters who have recently made donations including: Wandsworth St Ann PCC, Leathersellers Company and Holy Trinity Church Tooting.  We are also grateful for all donations we have recieved from individual members of the public, we could not continue to operate without the recognition and support for the work that we do in helping people with mental health health illnesses in Wandsworth.

Volunteers

We are looking for members of the public with skills in fundraising who could either volunteer in the general office once a week or volunteer remotely for us.  We need people to help with community fundraising to drive awareness of and involvement in the work that we do.  If you additionally have skills in trust and corporate fundraising, this would be a bonus.

We are also currently looking for a driver for our minibus, a handyman and a gardening group coordinator.  If you are interested in any of the above positions, please email Christine Street for more details or telephone 020 8875 9156
