Job Opportunities

At Wandsworth Mind we pride ourselves by offering our clients the best possible service. To ensure this we need to make sure that we have the ‘right person for the job’. We have full time members of staff, part time members of staff as well as volunteers and sessional workers.

All of our staff and volunteers work to the highest standard and receive required training. All new members of Wandsworth Mind’s full time and part time staff undergo a six month probationary period.

Wandsworth Mind operates under an Equal Opportunities Policy.

Please note, all staff are required to obtain enhanced checks from the Criminal Records Bureau in line with the requirements surrounding working with vulnerable adults.

Wandsworth Mind operates a work pension scheme which can be joined following the completion of a satisfactory six month probationary period.

Training and Development

At Wandsworth Mind we believe that training is of the utmost importance. Our highly trained staff is always on the lookout for further courses which will benefit the staff members and ensure our clients receive the best possible service that we can provide.
